1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Member," or "Player") and php35 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the php35 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use php35 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years of age in the Philippines. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Legal Jurisdiction

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of php35 services complies with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your location. The Company does not warrant that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Account Limitations

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account with php35. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, whether using different personal information, email addresses, or devices, are strictly prohibited. The Company employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all related accounts and potential forfeiture of balances and winnings.

2.4 Capacity to Contract

You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent, are subject to guardianship, or lack the legal authority to contract are prohibited from using php35 services.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create a php35 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and any other information deemed necessary by the Company. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify php35 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. Sharing your account credentials with third parties, allowing others to access your account, or using another person's account are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Identity Verification

php35 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. You agree to provide such documents promptly upon request. Failure to comply with verification requests within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date. Any changes to your personal information, contact details, or payment methods must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from your failure to maintain current information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

php35 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from Philippine financial institutions (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), cryptocurrency, and other methods specified on the Platform. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) or other currencies supported by the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit interface.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your php35 account are legally obtained and belong to you. Deposits from third-party payment methods or accounts not registered in your name are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and funds confiscation.

4.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and processing times as specified on the Platform. php35 endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly, typically within 24 hours for e-wallet withdrawals and 1-3 business days for bank transfers, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Requests to withdraw funds to third-party accounts will be denied. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period (daily, weekly, monthly) as specified in your account settings.

4.3 Fees and Charges

php35 strives to minimize transaction fees for deposits and withdrawals. Where fees are applicable, they will be clearly disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. Third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond the Company's control. Currency conversion fees may apply when depositing or withdrawing in currencies other than Philippine Peso.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

php35 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law and international standards. The Company reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds or when suspicious activity is detected. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately frozen and reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Promotional Terms

php35 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to members (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are provided at the time of the offer and incorporated by reference into these Terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand all Promotion-specific terms before claiming or participating in any offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses and promotional credits are typically subject to wagering requirements before associated funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be wagered (bet) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Requirements vary by Promotion and are clearly stated in the applicable terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

php35 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated play with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes, exploiting system errors or bugs to gain unfair advantage, or any other activity deemed by the Company to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate bonus cancellation, potential confiscation of winnings, and account termination.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of Promotion cancellation, the Company will honor bonuses already claimed and in active play, but will not issue new claims under the cancelled Promotion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the php35 Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by the Company, the Player, or any third party. The Company does not guarantee wins or specific outcomes, and all gaming results are determined by chance and game-specific rules.

6.2 Game Rules and Procedures

6.3 Malfunctions and Disputes

• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds of illicit origin
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages or manipulate game outcomes

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform

• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting illegal activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the php35 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and compilations (collectively, "Content") is the property of php35 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Platform or Content; (b) modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Content; (c) download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party; or (d) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.

The php35 name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are proprietary to the Company. Unauthorized use of Company trademarks or Content may violate trademark, copyright, and other laws and is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The php35 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, php35 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (d) any other matter relating to the Platform.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to php35 in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or One Thousand Philippine Peso (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater.

10.3 Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, communication failures, power failures, or equipment failures.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your php35 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account, subject to applicable withdrawal policies and verification requirements. The Company is not obligated to maintain closed accounts or return account information after termination.

11.2 Termination by Company

php35 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) prolonged inactivity; (d) upon your request; or (e) at the Company's sole discretion.

In the event of account termination due to Terms violations, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits and winnings. In cases of account closure without Terms violations, remaining balances will be returned to you after completion of all necessary verification and compliance procedures.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

php35 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to users through email notification, Platform announcements, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree with any modification to these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account. The Company recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and php35 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without the Company's prior written consent. php35 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
